Failing to help properly with lost order and then blocking my account

I'm hoping someone from Best Buy's higher authority sees this message as I am unable to receive proper support by calling Best Buy's uselss customer support. I had reported an item that I ordered as lost in transit as it was never delivered to my house. I later found it as having been delivered to my neighbor's house so I returned the item to the store and called Best Buy support to have them close the case. However, recently my account seems to be flagged and I was unable to make any purchases on black friday. Not only was this extremely frustrating, I am very dissapointed after contacting Best Buy support almost three times yesterday as they out me on hold for 15 mins just to end the call. I am hoping to make these purchases at least for cyber monday so I hope some Best Buy associate can see this and help me remove the flag on my account. Or else, I'll probably just end up using amazon to buy my new LG OLED TV and never use best buy again.

Thanks for posting on the Best Buy forum regarding your concerns. It can indeed be frustrating if orders are cancelling unexpectedly. There can be many reasons for order cancellation, so I'd recommend reviewing the Knowledge Base article, "Why Was My Order Cancelled" for some of the most common issues that may pop up. If you're still unable to place orders online, I'll be glad to review the situation in greater detail to see what options may be available going forward.
