Failed authorization and then no gift card refund

We placed one order with gift cards, which failed authorization, so we canceled to try again, but nothing was ever refunded. Customer service can't help. We tried them 6 times. Best Buy straight up robbed us. Can anyone help?

I'll be happy to take a closer look into this matter and assist in any way that I can.  However, I'm hoping you can provide me with a few pieces of additional information before I am able to do so.  If you could use the blue "Private Message" button in my signature to send me:
