I got 10 $30.00 egift cards and tried buying a printer online. I placed the order and then a few minutes later I get an email saying I needed to update my information. I looked into it and see 4 of the egift cards applied and 1 failed and the other 5 were still waiting authorization. I tried calling the number and have left several messages, tried emailing with no response yet and tried a different number that doesn't go through. They finally cancelled my order and 4 of the egift cards have their $30.00 balance back, but the other 6 still show $0.00.
This is very fustrating that I do not get any phone calls back and I cannot use these cards. This sounds like a very common occurance with these. I am worried now that once this gets resolved, the printer will no longer be on sale and it will cost me an additional $50.00 to get it.

I originally called the 855-820-0485 number and followed the prompts which lead to a recording that "they are there 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST and if you are hearing this during those hours, leave name and number and agent will return your call."
I left multiple messages and have yet to hear anything back for a couple of days now.

I did and they said because it is an egift card to call the 855-820-0485 number. I will try them both again since the one should be opening up in 10 minutes and hopefully I am one of the first callers, doubt I will get through though. then I will try the original 888 number you posted.
