Hello,
I attempted to place an order for a refrigerator online and my order number was {removed per forum guidelines}.
For some reason, there was a failed authorization and the order was cancelled. I used 10 gift cards for the purchase. However, 6 of the gift cards were not refunded and now show a $0 balance. Each of these 6 gift cards originally had $45 on them.
As a result, I am now missing $270 in gift cards This is unacceptable. I am requesting that these refunds be restored or that I can be sent another gift card with this balance.
I attempted to have this resolved at store #585 in Pittsburgh. They too saw that 6 of the gift cards were not refunded but were unable to resolve the issue of the missing funds.
