Hi - I ordered a Bose - SoundLink Color Portable Bluetooth Speaker II in white in November when the item was on sale for $79.99. I received a notification on November 24th that the item was supposed to arrive and now, nearly 2 weeks later it still hasn't. I contacted support earlier in the week and despite it having already been over a week since I recieved the "out for delivery" email I was told to wait another day. I waited 2 and still no item. I contact Best Buy support via chat today and after an hour long chat session was told that the item in the original color I ordered is not in stock so they can not reship, they can also not reship the same item in a different color (which I said would be fine by me), AND there is no way for them to issue a refund and allow me to order the same item in a different color at the original purchase price (with the item listed at $129.99 now it is not an insignificant difference). I do not stand by companies who do not stand by their customers. This is the least customer centric set of policies I have encountered and unless it can somehow be resolved so that I can get the item I ordered at the price I ordered it for (nothing crazy here) I will no longer be choosing Best Buy for any of my purchases moving forward.
