Hello best buy customer support.

I bought some orders on the 30 and 31 on december and I have two extra charges from Best buy, one is for $8.65 and the other is $14.06 dollards

These extra charges were also billed on the 30 of december 2020

Could you please help me?

You mentioned that you made some orders around the same time these charges appeared. Do you recall if any of the items you purchased were around these amounts? It's possible that these charges are from when those items shipped.
