Extra Charge?

Placed an order last night  for orders that cost $284.03 and was charged an extra $95.35 for an uknown reason since none of my recent orders add up to that ammount.
Curious as to whether or not if that is some sort of verification charge or not?
And some items with that $284 were preorder items and a couple weren't, but the  $95 was charged at the same time as the $284.

Re: Extra Charge?

Greetings, CynderKiryah,

Unforeseen charges on your order are never a pleasant surprise, and I can totally understand wanting to know what’s going on.  I’m going to attempt to explain what I think may have happened, and hopefully do it in a manner that makes sense! 😊

It sounds to me like what you are seeing is the original authorization of the entire order, then it sounds like one or more of the items may have shipped right away, which would be why you would see the actual $95.35 charge.  The authorization will usually drop once items ship, with a new authorization showing up for the unshipped items.

If you are still needing assistance with this, please send me a private message with your full name, email address, phone number, and your order number.  You can send me a private message by logging into the forum and clicking on the blue button across from my signature on this post.

I hope this helps!
