I just received my order of four packs of K Cups and two of them are expired.
How do I go about getting these replaced?
Chat is not available otherwise I would communicate that way.

Update: I just called customer service (chat still not available) and spoke to an amazing CS Rep - Liz who took care of my issue quickly and processed a replacement for the expired boxes.
Although I would have preferred to be able to do everything over the web, it was a quick call and I don't think I've talked to a nicer person!
Very happy with the resolution.
