I just want to say I am very dissapointed with how Bestbuy handled my package. My item was an store pickup order. The item was brought to BestBuy multiple times, but they refused to accept the item delivery. The Label showed my name as the receiver and not BestBuy, so BestBuy refused to take my item. Because all of this, my item was send back to the sender. The item is sold out all over the place and now I have to wait until it will be restocked again for god knows how long. I asked BestBuy to make the item go back to the right address and they said that because it was already send back to the sender, the item cannot go back.

So let me get this right. You ordered something online and set it for delivery and you used your Best Buy store as the delivery address.
In Store pick up means you select In Store Pick up as the option and it is put on a truck in the central warehouse and shipped to the store. You then get notified that it is ready for pick up.

How did you get access to a label?
In store pick up does not generate a shipping label for you

What I am trying to get at was did you order it as ship to store for store pick up and you put the stores address down as the shipping address and your name?

I just posted my experience for doing a regular store pickup. It was suppose to come to BestBuy, BestBuy scans the arrived item and I get notified to pick it up. I have already canceled my order.
