Hello,
I'll quickly start by saying I love shopping with Best Buy and have never had any issues!
I recently placed an order that gave me an expedited shipping option for $35.90 to have it delivered by Thursday 1/20/2021 and a free shipping option to have it delivered by Friday 1/21/2021. I chose and paid for the expedited option to have it delivered on Thursday 1/20/2021.
I would like to get a refund for the $35.90 since it did not arrive on the date that I paid extra and shipping would have been free to arrive on the new expected date.
I can provide the order number as well.
