Like dozens of others posting on this forum, I paid for expedited shipping on an order, over $30, for guaranteed delivery on Friday, May 8th, but it did not arrive, and as of today it has still not yet arrived. I have received no communication, apology, or any offer of a refund from Best Buy. I have tried to contact Best Buy chat for support but it is not available, and I continually get an error message stating, "Sorry, live chat isn't available right now. Please try again later, or give us a call at" When I call the number, I am put on hold endlessly and cannot get through. Would someone please assist with the refund for the expedited shipping I paid for but did not receive. I am extremely disappointed with how Best Buy has handled this thus far. Thank you.

Thanks for posting, though I’m sorry for the delayed response. As you have probably realized, it’s taking longer than we would like to speak with all our customers due to an increase in the number of people reaching out via this platform. Our phone teams and chat have also experienced an increase of customers so their wait times have been longer, as well. I’m very sorry for any concern or inconvenience this may have caused.
