I just reset my password, as I haven't used bestbuy.com in awhile. I reset my password, ordered something, then closed my browser window (which clears my web history/cache upon closing the browser).
I just tried logging into my best buy acount, and it's saying "Oops! The email or password did not match our records. Please try again." I remember having this issue the last time I used bestbuy.com, months back (which is one of the reasons I stopped buying stuff online, as it seems like I always have some sort of issue using best buy's website; with orders getting stuck in limbo, my account not saving my shipping address, etc.)

One thing I absolutely abhor is resetting any password of mine. I realize some systems require it from time to time due to security concerns, but it's wildly inconvenient for me, and I do everything I can to avoid it. I'd be quite frustrated if I had to do it every time I tried to access one of my accounts, and I'll be happy to point you in the right direction here.
