Every order I've placed ends up in ORDER CANCELLED. We couldn't verify your info. Help?!

I've been trying A LOT of times to order the new generation of Airpods online, but none have come with success. I have tried numerous methods i've read online (in these forums) including tring different credit/debit cards, trying different emails, trying different addresses, etc. I would really appreciate the help since I really want this product and have tried ordering it for about 2 months now (since the first gen). Thanks in advance.

I'm sorry to hear that your orders have been cancelling. I apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused you. There are a few different reasons that could result in an order being cancelled with the reason provided being that we are unable to verify your information. Most commonly, it happens when we are unable to match the information being used to place the order with the information on file for your bank. There are other reasons that it might happen, including (but not limited to) running into a quantity limit, having the order set to ship to an undeliverable address (such as a warehouse or freight forwarder), or trying to use a gift card as a payment method for another gift card, that could result in the same sort of cancellation. I would encourage you to try replacing the order, ensuring that all of the information is accurate and matches what is on file with your bank, and to avoid using a VPN when placing an online order. You might also be able to place the order over the phone at (888) 237-8289 or by visiting your local Best Buy store.

If the address is not the same as my bank account, does that matter? (my credit cards is for my local business and i'm trying to order to my house)

JONM3SSI,

 

You would typically want your billing name and address to match what is on file with the bank for the card being used. You should still be able to select a separate shipping address to have the order sent to your house.

Thanks for the reply; however, that did not work. I verified that my billing address was the same and modified my name (I included the second last name so it matched the name on my bank account). Is there a way you can check the specific reason why my order is being cancelled (like me sending you the order number or something related) or any other solution that might work?
