Every online purchase I make gets cancelled for the past 2 weeks

Every time I make an online purchase regardless of device (home computer, iPhone mobile app, work computer) it completes checkout fine, then I get a text message that says my account info cannot be verified and my order has been cancelled. I’ve done chat customer service and they say it’s my bank card but I don’t believe it is as I’ve tried over 6 different credit cards including my Best Buy store credit card and the same issue persists. Any help would be appreciated. Because I can’t make online purchases at I’m forced to shop elsewhere.

I appreciate you taking the time to write us regarding your purchase! Orders may cancel for different reasons sometimes. It could be that the purchase does not meet’s Conditions of Use, or it’s no longer available. Placing an order online is meant to be simple, and this does not seem to have been your case.

This is all regarding order {removed per forum guidelines} , where when I checked my order status, two items in one shipment were delayed with UPS {removed per forum guidelines} and not delivered to our work address which I inquired with Best Buy chat support. I then got an email to file a police report regarding this lost shipment. But this resulted in my online ordering being suspended. This makes zero sense to me why as a customer inquiring about a delayed/lost package months back results in my account having online ordering suspended when UPS is at fault and not me. This is the worst customer service experience as a loyal Beat Buy Elite Plus member for the past several years.
