I am no longer shopping at best buy, however I did have reward certificates to use. I placed an order online on saturday, I was going to do instore pickup, but the website said it would be delivered on Sunday. I figured that was perfect as I needed the item for Monday. Of course Sunday comes and goes, no item. Monday comes and goes, still no item delivered. I reached out to customer service (more waste of time) and they told me that I could not change to in store pickup as the item was processing. It had no shipped yet, so im not sure why it couldnt be canceled or modified. All that was offered was an apology for the delay.
I needed this item for work this week and now im hoping that its only 2 days late, but knowing how best buys customer service has been, im not too optimistic. Had i known they were unable to fulfil shipping orders, I would have just picked it up in store over the past weekend.
After vowing to never shop at best buy again after being elite plus for many years, due to horrible customer service, they even screw up the last purchase I make. good ridance.

After my last attempted purchase with best buy, i vowed to never shop here again after many years of being an elite plus member. A member of the forum DMed me to try to resolve my problem. It resulted in not getting an answer for SIX DAYS at which point the item I had wanted (second generation ipad pro) became unavailable. Not only were they unable to honor the deal I wanted, I was unable to get the item at all due to the lack of customer support.
