I forgot to enter the extended warranty when ordering online, so I canceled it once and tried to reorder, but I am in trouble because I can not create an account.

However, I vowed not to use Best buy again.

A very rude shop that makes a fool of customers.

You should have gotten an email with an order number that you can use when you call and cancel the order. Generally you only have 30 mins to cancel or make changes thou.

Would you be able to clarify the issue you've been having when attempting to create your account?  If you're receiving an error message, or not receiving any sort of verification code when attempting to create one?
