Error with completing purchase. URGENT HELP NEEDED.

Tried to use the 18 month financing option on my purchase. Seemed to work, but then I received an email stating the payment was denied. I used my best buy credit card, so I’m unsure why.

I can’t contact Best Buy through phone number since I’m overseas currently, so I’m kind of stuck.

The flexible financing option is a great advantage of the My Best Buy credit card, so I can certainly understand wanting to select that option on your order. Typically we see this occur if the billing information provided does not match up to what the banking institute has on file.
