I ordered the new iphone on 11/2 and recieved the package yesterday to find it its an empty box, SO UNHAPPY. i am being told i need to waiat 72 hours for some research! where is the customer service? I recieved an empty box! i want my phone!

As you mentioned, it can take up to 72 hours in some cases to review your order information and provide an update. Have you been able get more information since making this post?
