Email says delivered despite there being no product

I ordered a Sony WH-1000XM4 headphone. The email that I received stated that the headphone was delivered on 6-1-2022. I have checked my mailbox, the entire mailroom, and even the front gate. There is no sign of my headphone. I am unable to get customer support from the bestbuy website because my issue is not classified there. What can I do?
