Email delivery problem

I bought a 50 dollar Digital DoorDash gift card as a gift and I received the confirmation email but I never received the actual code I checked my spam/junk folders already still nothing... I called a few times and I chatted with a live agent all they said was to call and even after I did that they just kept hanging up in my face I still haven’t received anything it’s been days now and I’m starting to get frustrated because I don’t understand why isn’t the code in my email and I can’t even receive an refund or aanything so what’s going on !!!??!
