I am looking for an email to sent to Best Buy. I want my concerns to be hear and honestly I am extremely frustrated in the fact that I cannot reach someone to get satisfaction. I've made phone calls but it was either I couldn't express my problems clearly through phone call or the one took the phone call cared nothing about it.

basicly I ordered something on bestbuy.com during black friday which was supposed to be shipped on Nov. 22 due to the info on the website, but it never shipped. Order status shows that the item is on "pre-shipment". At first I thought it was because the black friday orders overwhelmed bestbuy, so I kept waiting patiently;however it's absolutely not normal that the shipment is delayed for almost 2 months. I would solve this privately and didn't need to post in public if ANYONE from bestbuy could give me a single reply, but from my observation of their reactions, they deleted someone's conplaint on my post which means they know I've got problems but chose not to help, so I'm just disappointed. I tried to make phone calls a few days ago, but the one answering said nothing except "it's in transit". Please, this is definitely the stuff you guys need to make explainations for.
