Purchased Office and supposedly came with 2 other emailed-delivered items. Nowhere to be found, inbox, junk, social, promo, nothing. Also, shouldn't they be accessible via the Digital Library section?

Thanks, looking for a resolution so I actually use the digital product I purchased almost 12 hours ago. No email confirmation of the purchase or anything, either.
