I got a egift card from bestbuy but after entering required details, getting message as "We didn’t recognize that information. Please try again."
I raised this issue to customer care team and got the assurance on resoltion within 24 hours, after its more than 72 hours and issue is not yet resolved.
Can you please look into the issue and reesolve ASAP.
