I purchased 5 orders from ebay bestbuy store in July but none was delviered. I contacted Fedex and was told that the packages were sent to somewhere else but they could do nothing and asked me to contact the seller. I sent a message to Ebay but got no response. I need your help. Thanks.

 Bestbuy.com orders start with BBY. Ebay bestbuy orders start with digits to comply with Ebay rules. Is this not easy to follow? Bestbuy operates big volume business on ebay, and when something went wrong, neither ebay nor bestbuy take any responsibility. Ebay says please contact the seller, Bestbuy says the order numbers are not recognizable since they don't start with BBY. 

What a shame. 

Since my orders were not delivered and Fedex said they delivered to an address other than mine, and the orders value is $4000, I will not accept Bestbuy's excuse and will pursue to get my fund back.
