Ebay Bestbuy Order

Hi,

I made an ebay bestbuy store order 12.10.21, but one of the laptop never shipped. I was told I will receive a refund but never got it. So I tried PayPal route, and got the response that bestbuy stated the item is delivered. I contacted bestbuy again, and told it is too late now and no information could be looked up…Could you help me out? I have everything screenshoted for my PayPal case, just in case it is needed
