Easy Replenish - Worst Customer Service Experience of my life

***DON'T USE EASY REPLENISH or BESTBUY!!!!!*** 

 

We're at 2 hours and 3 minutes now on the phone with Best Buy "Customer Service". I've been transferred somewhere between 9-11 times. We've actually circled back around the to Geek Squad twice now.  The first Geek Squad tech promised me a manager and then dumped me back into the queue.

 

The last Geek Squad guy got sarcastic with me. When I asked him about the Easy Replenish Program, he asked me if I was able to print. I mean come on. Really?? Where do you get these people? 

 

These people have no idea what they're talking about, they don't even listen to the problem and then they give me this canned response. UPDATE: I finally got Primary Support on the line and they started out by explaining the Easy Replenish program to me. That's lovely. Thank you for you that. Also, thank you for hanging up on me. 

 

This has been the worst experience of my life. I will NEVER use these products or trust BestBuy anything ever again. 

 

Oh, and when I asked where to file complaints, I was told to use the feedback link at the bottom of the page. Guess what? IT DOESN'T WORK. 

 

I have the task of ordering printers for all of our company's remote consultants I will NEVER use BestBuy again.

I appreciate you reaching out. Would you mind simply unenrolling all of my products and deleting my account? I removed my credit card information from my profile but that data remains in the printers in the Easy Replniesh. Thanks for your time!

9 messages later, I was told they can't delete my account and it can take up to 24 months for it to fall off. I've already removed the payment options and at least they were able to remove my half-enrolled printers from their systems. I'm thoroughly disgusted with the entire experience with the only positive part of this entire experience being that my credit cards are now safe from being charged. 

 

I will reiterate. I'm staying very far away from dealing with this company in the future.

We sincerely appreciate your feedback regarding your experience. As my private message noted it could take up to 24 months for your www.BestBuy.com purchasing profile to become dormant and archived, but we’d be unable to say for certain. Please note attempting to log into your account after I cancelled your My Best Buy membership associated with it will systematically create you a new membership. We’d highly recommend not checking into your purchasing profile account if you’d prefer to not have a My Best Buy membership and you’d like it to be deactivated.
