EXPRESS DELIVERY

I placed an order and PAID for express delivery with a delivery date of today.  I spent 45 minutes on hold this morning wondering why UPS hadn't received the product yet.  When I finally reached someone they assured me that my package would still be delivered today.  I just received confirmation from UPS that they JUST RECEIVED the package.  Somebody might want to give me a call back or I'm going to just cancel the charge with my bank.  I'm not going to play with this.  I knew the guy "John" this morning was full of it.  DO SOMETHING

Thank you for posting here on the Best Buy forum. I’m very sorry for the delayed response! With everything going on in the world, more customers than normal are reaching out and it’s taking longer than we would like to speak with everyone.

 

Regarding your delayed order, I totally understand how it would be disappointing to find out that your shipment is behind after speaking with one of our representatives on the phone. All lines of business at Best Buy should do all they can to provide accurate information and I’m sorry in this instances that doesn’t seem to have happened. At this point, it looks like you may have already spoken with one of my colleges on Facebook about this situation. With this said, please know that if there is something else that I can help with in the future, that you are more than welcome to reach out to me here on the forum.
