Hello BB Community!


I like so many others in this forum recieved an empty box from FedEx. I ordered a Samsung S22+ on 6/10/22 with rush shipping it was supposed to come in 6/14/22, I get a message saying it has been delayed and wouldn't be delivered until 6/15/22 no biggie it's only a day even though I did pay extra. 6/15/22 comes I see the Fedex truck pull up and the driver hands me the package, it looks like it has been opened and re-taped, and feels extremly light. Mind you I have not signed for anything.The driver was already heading back to the truck when I tell her I don't think anything is in here and I opened the box and of course nothing but bubble wrap and some marketing slips are in the box. I hand the box back to her and told her I was refusing the package but she already put in the system that it had been delivered. She then suppsosedly calls her supervisor and they tell her to take the box back and for me to call the shipper which is Best Buy. The driver at this point leaves. I contact Best Buy and they say I have to file a claim with FedEx. I contact FedEx and they say the shipper has to file the claim. Basically, I have been going back and forth with Best Buy and FedEx to get a refund. Finally, I get an update on 7/3/22 that my claim has been denied because it shows it was delivered on 6/15/22.  Today I called the credit card company(Best Buy credit card) to dispute thetransaction. I shouldn't have to pay over $1200.00 for something I NEVER received!!! FIX IT BEST BUY!!!
