EMPTY BOX $3000!!!! Best Buy robbed me!!!!

Almost 1 month ago I bought a Sony FE 70-200 mm F2.8 GM OSS II Master Lens from for $3,023.93 including tax and fast shipping, two days after that I received the FedEx box from Best Buy and for my huge surprise when I opened the shipping box the only thing I found inside was the empty Sony box of a $3000 lens!!!
I called Best Buy customer service line immediately of course, after talking with a customer service representative for a long time he told me that he was sending me a replacement order immediately, to make the story short I never received that replacement order or any refund!
A few days after that call I received an email from Best Buy investigation department asking me for pictures of the boxes and labels attached to them which I sent and after a week I received a second email from the same department telling me that they decided that they can not do anything for me, not a replacement or a refund and giving me the advice to contact my local law enforcement department to ask for help on this matter.... simply UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
I contacted my bank to dispute the charge but they are not giving me a solution because Best Buy is not making a refund.
I really just want to cry for all this, specially because I lost a photography job because I didn't have this lens that I needed for a specific task, just to add to the whole problem that Best Buy kindly created for me.
I really don't know what happened with this order, if it was an honest mistake or some Best Buy employee took a 3000 dollar lens home without paying for it and if that's the case shame on Best Buy a company I thought until a month ago that was a reputable company from which I bought thousands of dollars in the past.
