Hope all is well, I have recently placed an online order using 2 electronic gift cards. The order was cancelled shortly after being confirmed. I went to replace the order and noticed that one of my cards has a balance of zero that has yet to be refunded. I had hired installation services that I can not rescheule or be able obtain a refund so I would like the funds to be placed on the card ASAP. I have called almost every department and have spoke to multiple agents via chat. If you could please help me out I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you very much in advance.
