Hello,
I have seen plenty of cases in the gift card that haven't been successfully refunded after the order cancellation. My case is pretty similar to this one:
In my last purchase, I used four gift cards to buy a laptop and eventually change my mind to cancel the order. So far I only received two cards refunded but still waiting for the rest of the two cards. Could you please help me to solve this issue? Thanks
