Received an e-gift card and used it on an order. Unfortunately had to cancel, but the balance wasn't returned. I received a message that my promotional reward couldn't be refunded.
Contacted customer service 3 times over the past few days and waited the requisite amount of time. Eventually they forwarded me to some gift card number, but they never answer and don't return my calls when left on their answering machine.
I'm hoping that I can get this resolved before I have to return the original item (with the promo gift card)a get my money back.
Incredibly frustrating experience!!

Update, customer service was able to connect me to CashCard? They didn't want to help, so they forwarded me back to main customer service line!
