I bought an e-gift card and had it sent to my email I use for my bestbuy account but I have yet to receive the e-gift card. The email confirmation emails showed up right away as well as my email to register on here. If I could get some help that'd be great

It looks like you have not got a response yet. The quickest way to approach this is to call the Sales line and have a rep resend it to you again if they can find your purchase.
