I accidentally deleted an email that included a $100 e-Gift card that was emailed to my by Best Buy on 12/9/2020. I did not use it yet and I must have accidentally deleted it by mistake and it is now gone from my trash after 30 days. Is there a way you can verify and send it back to me? I have the original Order Number I am happy to provide it you in a private message for reference and documentation for proof. It was never used and I want to use it now. This was from a package mistakenly recalled by Best Buy and delayed.
The email from Best Buy was sent to me on 12/9/2020: "We sent you an email on December 3, 2020 acknowledging a shipping error regarding your order of Cyberpunk 2077 Collector’s Edition. We know how excited you are to get this game and since your order was temporarily sent back, we want to make this right for you. You will still receive your original Cyberpunk 2077 Collector’s Edition and we are working to get you another shipping confirmation for this version when it’s on the way. This email includes a $100 e-gift card at no cost. You do not need to do anything else to receive this gift"
Please advise as my gmail emptied the trash and I think I may have deleted it without printing

Hello just to add I did try and speak with Digital support and they show no record of this email to reissue. I know this was a very non specific instance and it happened only to a small group of people like myself. Please advise!

Good afternoon, chuman2,
Welcome back to our forums! As much as I’ve enjoyed Cyberpunk 2077 thus far, it’s release certainly wasn’t without a few speedbumps, and I’m sorry to hear your copy of the Collector’s Edition was delayed in shipment. With that said, I can certainly understand why you’d want to utilize the $100 Best Buy e-gift card that was sent your way, and I’ll be happy to look into this matter further, and offer any additional assistance I can.
For me to review your order further, I’ll just need you to send me a private message with the following information:
As you can imagine, we’ll want to keep this sensitive information out of the public view of our Support Forums, so be sure to use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me this information. If you’re accessing our site on a mobile device, you may need to switch to “Full” or “Desktop” view before this button is visible to you.
Looking forward to hearing from you,
