I am having an issue with a $325 e-gift card. Placed an order for in-store pickup. Got an email saying there was an issue with the payment. Cancelled the order. In-store rep and e-gift card rep say it should take no more than 24 hours to refund to card. It has been well over that timeframe.
Please help
