I received an email confirming my purchase for a gift card at 7:41pm last night. I purchased it from your site because it advertises e-gift cards as "perfect when you are short on time". My bank account shows my card being ran. 9 hours later the card still has not been received via email. I received the email for best buy self service in regards to e-gift cards and attempted to contact customer support through the link and over and over it says server error so it does not function correctly. I called the phone number provided in the email and it cycles me through automated menus none with the option to speak directly with an associate.
False advertising, no functioning customer service and making your customers look like schmucks to others is not a great business model.
