E-gift card - Page not available

Hello,

 

When I try to access my E-gift card through the link provided in my email "View E-Gift Card", it directs me to a page which says this.


Page Not Available

 

We're sorry, the page you requested cannot be found. Please make sure you have typed the address correctly into your browser.

 

Why is this happening?

Have you tried to paste the link into another browser? I believe that sometimes depending on the browser you use and any add ons that might be inside them, you would not be able to access that page due to the add ons etc.

Hi there, np28,

 

Thank you for stopping by our community forums to let us know about this e-gift card. I know it's great to have a gift card around so I know if I were in your shoes I would want to get this figured out as quickly as possible. I'd be glad to see what options I have to help out with this.

 

I do have a few questions to determine how I can best assist you. Just to be sure, are you using this page to claim your e-gift card? Are you using a VPN or ad-blocker when trying to claim this? If so, I would recommend disabling these.  As hockeycanuckjc mentioned, it's possible your internet browser is preventing this from displaying correctly. Have you tried to use a different browser? 

 

Please let me know if these steps don't work so I can continue to work on this for you!

Hi, I didn't check the forum until today, I've been trying to get in touch with customer care to no avail. I did try using two different browsers and the link didn't work in either one - it showed me the exact same page.

Full name

Email address

Phone number

Order number
