I have a problem that seems to have happened to many others. I had an issues with an online order using 3 e cards. I had to cancel the order since the item was no longer available. 2 of the e cards have their funds returned. The other is missing $200. I have talked to multiple agents who have given me different answers, telling me it could be up to 24 hours or as long as 7 days. It has been 4 days now. Please help!
