I ordered a TV uses 5 200 dollar gift cards that I had bought each month to help me save up. I was then informed about 4 hours after placing the order that the order had been cancelled. The only way I knew this was because they sent me a text message which didn't even say why it was cancelled. I then contact customer support twice to figure out why the order was cancelled. One of the reps told me I had cancelled it (which I did not) the other told me he couldn't tell why. I also informed them that the gift cards I had used on the order were still showing a zero balance to which they said it could take 24 hours for the balance to go back to the gift cards. This time has based and still nothing. I need this fixed, the amount is far to large for me to not be concerned about this.

Cancelled orders are never fun, so I can certainly understand you looking for some support with the reason for the cancellation, and the refund to your gift cards. 24 hours have pasted and still all of the gift cards have a 0.00 balance.

It has now been 3 days and still no word on this. I need this refunded, I saved up for such a long time. I have been on the phone with 5 different representatives and each of them just brushed me off. The customer service of this company is appalling.
