E-Gift Card not working

I’ve been going at this for about a week. I recently purchased a gift card for Black Friday and the code doesn’t seem to work. I spoke with the customer service that deals with e cards and they said to email them a copy of the message that shows up when I try to use the code. I did they said wait about 24-48 hours for a email. It’s been about a week haven’t heard nothing so I call again last night and they told me that I had to email the customer support Best Buy account AGAIN! I am frustrated because I feel like I’m going no where I need to contact someone through a Best Buy email because these phone services are terribles. I can provide any screenshot as proof someone HELP ME please.
