I placed an order on BestBuy.com and there was a duplicate delivery issue in my favor where I ordered one item but recieved two. I only have one order listed on my account and was only charged once. I attempted to contact BestBuySupport on Twitter about the issue for a couple days but did not receive a response. What should I do?
