Hi,

I finally got down to opening my Dune Bestbuy exclusive 4k steelbook to watch the movie and was surprised to see it had no discs or digital code. I called the bestbuy support number and they said there was nothing they could do since the item was opened and they no longer have a replacement dune steelbook they can replace it with due to it being sold out on the website. 

I researched the issue online and found that others had the same issue with missing discs applying to the bestbuy steelbook edition. See link here: https://www.mediaplaynews.com/merchandising-dune-steelbooks-missing-discs/

Is bestbuy honoring replacements for these? At the very least I would like to keep the steelbook due to the cool art and just get the missing discs (4k and blu ray) and digital code if possible.
