Double charged for Router / Modem?

So, I have never been double charged buying online for best buy before so this is new to me. I just recently bought a modem router for Total: $147.82

 

Now my debit card has Two charges of $147.82 and they were BOTH deducted from my bank account since it's next day shipping im assuming. Will I be getting this second charge back and was it just a glitch in the system? I know you mention a hold for authorization but I myself have never had this happen with any of my purchases before.

Yes, at the time of placing an order, there is an authorization hold placed to validate the card can cover the charge. At the time of shipping (or pickup for store pickup orders), the charge actually occurs. If there is little time between these two events, you may see both sitting on the account simultaneously.

1. In the case of credit cards, one will post and finalize while the other falls off.
2. Debit cards attached to bank accounts can look weird. You’ll see the money removed from your available balance for both, but only one finalizes. The other “expires” and the funds show back up in your account. The exact timing varies from bank to bank, but it’s usually around 5 days in my experience. Some smaller, less automated banks can take an entire billing cycle. The fastest I’ve seen was a few days.

All right I just wanted to be sure. This is Lily the first time I've been double charged even when I bought a laptop not too long ago it didn't happen. But this is fine I'll wait till it falls off and give us some time. Thank you for the fast answer, less stress for me.
