Double charged by Best Buy

I ordered a set ear buds online for pick up at store picked up 1 pair and went about business.when i received my cc statement a few weeks later there were 2 charges called store and was told call credit card company.Did that was then recharged for same item 2 months later.. Seen where this is a everyday occurance at BB and so i need some help to reslove this somi can get my cc credited the amount ,thanks..

Welcome to our forums!  Discovering an unexpected charge on your credit card statement is never a fun experience, especially if it might be for something you’ve already been charged for, so I can certainly understand wanting to look into this charge further.

  • Your email address
  • Your order number
  • The date of these charges
  • The total amount of each charge you’re seeing on your account
