Double charge

I bought airpod pros on december 26th and i was double charged i was charged on my bank account and also through apple pay totaling up to $547.48 this is ridiculous now it shows a return process for them whats going on here

You baught them at a store or online? Did you switch payments? Fior example if you ordered them online in ne it would authorize the amount but not charge it. If you then went to the store and paid with a different method when you picked the item up the original authorization may take some xtra tine to disappear.

I only used my id at the store no credit card or debit card was needed

Thanks for joining the Best Buy Community forums. That's a lot of money to have tied up, so I'd like to see if I can help.

 

As noted here, an authorization hold is placed on your account when an order is placed. That hold should resolve once the card is charged, but sometimes they don't. I'd be happy to check to see if this is the issue with your purchase.
