Hi there i had a digital download code, that was refunded as a one time exception however when checking my bank account today, i received a double refund from bestbuy which im not even sure, how something like that is possible not sure if you submitted the refund twice on your end please help me resolve the issue

Looks like i reached the limit to PM you, Hi there my card was turned off and i just unlocked so now transaction can be processed when should the $25.00 be deducted im hoping you say today. also can i ask what had happened so i know and if it was something that i did wrong on my end and just direct message me with your response thanks you

I have attempted to send you a private message in the hopes that you may receive it and be able to respond. In case you are unable to receive the message, this process can usually be completed within 24 hours, but can sometimes take up to 72 hours depending on your banking institution. Also, there appears to have been a system error which caused your issue and was at no fault of your own!

Hi there still a error when replyig glad it was a error on your end and not mine thought i did something wrong and happy to let you guys know since it was not my money to begin with, how would this be correct with my card company did you issue a chargeback or will this show up as a purchase on my card for bestbuy to correct the issue? thanks so sorry i cant send you a message.
