Double Charge

Hello, good morning, I hope you can help me, yesterday I made a purchase of headphones and a guarantee, after the purchase was made I decided to return the guarantee, today in the morning I realized that if I have received my money back but for some reason the hearing aids have been charged again, I would like a solution to this problem.
