I purchased a TV online, and have double charged on my credit card. How can I proceed to the refund?
I bought a TV from BestBuy. When I checked my bank statement, I found that I had been charged twice. I didn't find any information about the second order on my BestBuy account, but there were two charges on my credit card.
Also, I didn't receive my TV from BestBuy, which means I paid a lot, but gain nothing.
