Hello, just looking for help with a preorder I made back in September
I'm kinda in limbo as to what to do next..
After about 3 shipment reshedule emails my preorder seemed to finally ship but two days out I receive another email stating it's now being returned to sender. I get ahold of support, they say the shipment was damaged and that they could change the order to a local pick up order instead. I'm given a reference number and told to wait for a call back, though after a few days of nothing I called the store myself and they werent aware of any pick up request for the order... They then suggested I contact support for the online store again..
lol, at this point I do feel like I'm looping around so I thought I'd give it a go here, thanks for your time!

Welcome to our community forums. I know whenever I have something shipped to me I keep a close eye on it's status so I can be sure when it arrives.
