Don't bother placing online orders with bestbuy.com

There's nothing to be happy about when all your orders keep getting cancelled on the eve of your wife's birthday even after speaking with the bestbuy verifcation team via phone # {removed per forum guidelines}. I did a little digging around the forum and everything shows that online orders are being cancelled with no tamngible reaso(s)n. Now I wonder if my post here(this very one) will ever get to a certified team member who will clear off all errors in regards to my online orders getting cancelled instatny!?

Welcome to our forums.  First and foremost, we’d hate to disappoint your wife before her birthday tomorrow, so if you continue to run into issues with your BestBuy.com orders cancelling, please don’t hesitate to visit your local Best Buy store for your purchasing needs.

 

In regards to why these orders are being cancelled, I’ll be forwarding your information to an internal support team here at Best Buy to request their assistance in reviewing your orders further.  Please know, I don’t expect a response from them instantly, but as soon as I hear back from them, I’ll follow up with you.
